I. Warranty conditions

Menitems provides free warranty for all products in the following cases:

1. Return and exchange according to customer needs (return goods because you are not satisfied)

All purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We only accept returns for products in their original condition, with purchase invoices and unused products exceeding 70%.

2. Return are not due to subjective reasons from the customer

2.1. Delivered goods are not new, not intact, have wrong content or are missing

We encourage customers to check the external condition of the box and product before payment to ensure that the goods are delivered with the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and external condition. not affected.
